ORDERING PROCESS - FOR LOCAL CLIENTS
- Please browse the website for items you are interested in.
- Please DM us through Facebook / Instagram for orders including your location.
- For international clients, we are currently only accepting PayPal.
- For local clients, we accept payments through GCash, BPI only. The physical store will be accepting credit card payments through a terminal.
- For international clients, we will ship every Monday-Wednesday-Friday. We will send photographs upon shipment to ensure security for both parties.
- For local clients, if you purchase via Grab / Lala, we will ship either the same day or the day after. For booked couriers such as LBC and Fastrack, we will ship the next day.
SHIPPING FEES + ADDITIONAL COSTS
- For international clients, shipping fees are based on Philpost's official price list. Plus taxes.
- For local clients, Grab / Lala will depend is subject to client's location. Fastrack and LBC prices are posted on their websites for your reference.
- All sales are final. As items are of limited and (often) rare, we cannot replace it with a different item or character. Our only exception is if the package is containing a missing item. Hence, we will refund or send the missing item.
- We do NOT offer Exchanges/Refunds for damaged or lost packages. We do not have control over the package once it has been shipped out. However, we will pack packages as securely as possible.

Q: Are all your items authentic?
Our items are all brand new and authentic. Please check our Feedbacks on IG + Facebook.
Q: Where do you source your items?
Our shop has suppliers from Tokyo, Japan. If I am in Tokyo, I personally source the items myself especially if I am attending anime cafes, events and the like.
Q: What courier do you use? Do I have options?
For international customers, we are only able to use the post office due to XEND’s closing. We are unable to arrange other couriers at the moment as they are 1.) extremely expensive, and 2.) overpriced for the service they offer. The local office is more bearable. Automatically, we will ship via Registered Mail with tracking.
Locally, we use Fastrack. We also use LBC by request.
Q: When will my order(s) be shipped?
For international customers, kindly give us 2-3 business processing days. Local customers, please expect your package to be shipped within the day (if you have settled your payment before 12 PM) or the next day. We pride ourselves on timely shipping.
Q: How many days will it take to receive my order?
According to the Philippine postal service, international clients may be able to expect their package from 6 to 15 working days. However, we have experienced clients receiving their package upwards 1-3 months. However, due to COVID, it may take upwards to 6 months. Please note that we do not have control over this.
Q: There is a missing item in my order!
Please send us a message at email@example.com, and we will fix this immediately.
Q: Will you be joining cons again?
It depends. We have a physical store which makes it easier for clients to visit us. This will vary depending on my schedule.
